  breeds Antarctic and subantarctic islands including islands off southern Chile, Falkland Islands, South Georgia, South Sandwich, Crozet, Heard and Kerguelen islands, Macquarie Island (southeast of Australia), Antipodes, Snares and Campbell Islands (south of New Zealand); ranges all southern oceans from north of Antarctic Convergence to Tropic of Capricorn
