Introduction

Passerine bird in the family Leiothrichidae, formerly placed in the genus Heterophasia but now the only species in the genus Leioptila. Found from the Himalayas to south-central Vietnam in subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forests.

Distribution & Habitat

Range extends from the Himalayas to south-central Vietnam. Natural habitats include subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
