简介
鸟纲噪鹛科鸟类 formerly placed in the genus Garrulax but following the publication of a comprehensive molecular phylogenetic study in 2018, it was moved to the resurrected genus Pterorhinus. 仅分布于中国江西。 Until recently, this critically endangered species was generally treated as a subspecies of the yellow-throated laughingthrush, but that species has a pale grey (not bluish) crown. The nominate subspecies was only rediscovered in 2000, in Wuyuan County, Jiangxi, but remains very rare with a total wild population of approximately 200 individuals.
如何辨识
野外辨识要点：本种与近似种黄喉噪鹛的主要区别在于冠部呈蓝色，而黄喉噪鹛的冠部为淡灰色。
分布与栖息地
地理分布：仅分布于中国江西省婺源县。另一亚种G. courtoisi simaoensis的标本于1956年在云南思茅采集，此后未再在野外发现。
生存状况
IUCN评估：2006年曾被错误列为无危物种，2007年红色名录更正为极危物种。种群状况：野生种群约200只，野外灭绝风险极高。100余只饲养于动物园和私人饲养场，但 subspecies 归属不明。
