Introduction

A passerine bird in the family Muscicapidae. Inhabits Bangladesh, China, India, Laos, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam. The species is possibly extinct in Myanmar. The Sukla Phanta National Park in Nepal represents the western limit of its distribution.
